Refund Policy

We sell digital fitness video programs delivered through a private members area on our website (“Digital Products”). Because digital content is delivered instantly, we handle refunds under the policy below.


1) Refund window


You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.


2) Eligibility


A refund may be approved if:

  • you experienced a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Digital Product and we were unable to resolve it, or
  • you accidentally purchased the wrong product and contact us promptly, or
  • you are not satisfied and have not consumed a substantial portion of the content.


For fairness, we generally do not issue refunds if a substantial portion of the content has already been accessed/consumed (for example, if you watched a significant part of the videos or used the materials extensively).


3) How to request a refund


Email us at hello@lizamodelfit.com with:

  • the email address used at checkout,
  • your order number (if available),
  • the product name, and
  • a short reason for the request.


We typically respond within 1–3 business days.


4) Processing time


If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.


5) Chargebacks


If you have any issues, please contact us first so we can help. Unresolved chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Digital Product.
